“ TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FULLSEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. IN NO EVENT WILL FULLSEAM'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FULLSEAM FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.”
