“When Freshworks  transfers Personal Data to a third party while acting as a controller, we retain full responsibility for ensuring that the third party‘s processing, in its role as a processor, complies with the DPF Principles. Freshworks shall remain liable under the DPF Principles if its processors process Personal Data in a manner inconsistent with the DPF Principles, unless Freshworks proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.”
