“ TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID COMPANY FOR SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.”
