Freebuff policy finding

“ We may review and analyze codebase information for the limited purpose of assessing a codebase's potential technical or commercial value (“Codebase Evaluation”) only through these paths: Connecting a GitHub repository to Freebuff Cloud authorizes Codebase Evaluation only of code, files, and other content in that connected repository. Using a model or feature labeled “May use data for AI training” authorizes Codebase Evaluation of code, files, and repository context submitted to or generated through a model or feature labeled “May use data for AI training”. Agent traces are eligible for Codebase Evaluation only when they are submitted to or generated through a model or feature labeled “May use data for AI training”; connecting a GitHub repository to Freebuff Cloud does not by itself make agent traces eligible. Codebase Evaluation may involve automated analysis and human review. We may allow a limited number of service providers or evaluation partners acting on our behalf to access information reasonably necessary to perform the evaluation. They must keep it confidential and use it only for that evaluation. They may not use it for their own independent purposes, train AI models on it, sell it, or disclose it more broadly. We do not provide this information to advertisers or data brokers for Codebase Evaluation. Codebase Evaluation does not itself authorize AI training. If you use a model or feature carrying the label above, Prompt and Project Data may separately be used for AI training only as described in the next section. Connecting a GitHub repository to Freebuff Cloud alone does not permit us or an evaluation partner to train AI models on that repository.”
