Fotor policy finding

“User agrees that Fotor may change the Conversion Rate at any time at its sole discretion. 6.2.3 Expiry: Fotor sets different expiry dates for different Retail Tokens, depending on their types and the way you get them. 6.2.4 User agrees that Retail Tokens bought by User are NOT REFUNDABLE. If Retail Tokens are bought through App Store or Google Play, payment/refund policies of such stores shall apply. 6.2.5 License: Retail Tokens are used in a consumptive way, which means User is no longer allowed to use Paid Service, modify Final Work or utilize the downloaded content to produce a new Final Work 30 days after the Retail Tokens are consumed. User’s Final Work completed with consumption of the Retail Tokens must be published within 30 days after the Retail Tokens are consumed. Unless otherwise restricted by third-party copyright owners, User may keep in perpetuity the Final Work already published within 30 days after the Retail Tokens are consumed. For the avoidance of doubt, Final Work generated with AIGC related Service may apply different licenses or use terms in accordance with development of copyright laws in different jurisdictions.”
