“You acknowledge that by using a Model that contains a Model EULA, you agree to abide by the terms of the Model EULA. You further acknowledge that, since we don’t own or control the Models, Models will be deemed to be Third-Party Elements hereunder, and we are not and will not be liable for anyissues that may arise as the result of your use of (or inability to use) any Models. If you have an issue with a Model, you should reach out to the entity that developed and/or released the Model. 11.3. Third Party Vendors. You understand that we work with third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to provide the Service. We do not control the acts or omissions of those third-party vendors or hosting partners. With that in mind, you agree that, except to the limited extent required by law, such third-party vendors and hosting partners will be deemed to be Third-Party Elements hereunder, and we are not and will not be liable or responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party vendors or hosting partners we engage to help make the Service available to you.”
