“ If you apply to us (by e-mail, via our career portal or via third-party platforms), we process the data you submit (e.g., name, contact details, cover letter, CV, references) for the purpose of conducting the application process. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in conjunction with § 26 BDSG – processing for the purpose of deciding on the establishment of an employment relationship. In the event of a rejection, your application documents will be deleted no later than six months after the conclusion of the process, unless you have consented to longer storage for future job opportunities. We use Ashby (Ashby Inc., San Francisco, CA, USA) for our applicant management.
