“ 5.1. Mutual Warranties . FIGMA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUALITY, ACCURACY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NON-FIGMA RESOURCES ARE PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES, NOT FIGMA, AND ANY USE OF NON-FIGMA RESOURCES IS SOLELY BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND THE APPLICABLE THIRD PARTY PROVIDER. FIGMA DOES NOT WARRANT OR SUPPORT, AND WILL NOT HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND FOR, NON-FIGMA RESOURCES.”
