“The Services allow you to run adversarial tests against AI systems, endpoints, and models that you connect. You represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to test, the systems and data you submit to or assess through the Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and with any agreements governing the systems you test. You agree not to use the Services to test, probe, or attack any system that you are not authorized to assess.”
