“ build a similar or competitive product or SaaS Services, (g) disclose any review, benchmarking or comparative study of the SaaS Services or Services Data to any third party without Company’s prior written approval, (h) post, transmit, link to, or otherwise distribute any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information, or (i) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the SaaS Services or Services Data or their related systems or networks. ”
