“ We use a small set of service providers to run Elip, strictly as processors on our instructions: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) — message delivery. Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services) — hosting, storage, and search. AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI) — processing your profile and job descriptions to produce matches and tailored résumés. Your data is sent to these providers only to perform the service and is not used by us to train public models. We may share data if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect our legal rights. If Freshview Innovations is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred with equivalent protections; we will notify you of any such change.”
