“ We collect only what the product needs to work: Contact data: your WhatsApp phone number and display name, captured when you message Elip. Profile data: whatever you choose to share so Elip can match you — your résumé, LinkedIn profile or URL, work history, skills, education, salary expectations, location and work preferences, and voice notes you send (which we transcribe). Conversation data: your chats with Elip, including preferences you state over time (“remote only”, “not startups”), which Elip remembers to improve your matches. Usage data: message timestamps, delivery/read status, and basic technical logs needed to run and debug the service. We do not collect payments data from job seekers (the service is free for seekers), and we do not access your WhatsApp contacts, other chats, or anything outside your conversation with Elip.”
