“ e. No Refund Policy . All fees relating to Paid Services, including the initial fees and any subsequent automatic renewal fees (as described above), are non-refundable. In addition, any minutes you have purchased as part of the Paid Services that are not used by the end of the applicable billing cycle will be forfeited and cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle or refunded. If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment made with your Payment Method, we may in our discretion cancel your Paid Services immediately. If we successfully dispute the reversal, and the reversed funds are returned to us, you are not entitled to a refund or to have your Paid Services reinstated.”
