To transmit any advertising or promotional materials without our prior written consent, including any "junk mail" or "junk faxes," "bulk mail" or "bulk faxes," "chain letters," "spam," or any other similar solicitation. To engage in any other conduct that inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services or which, as determined by us, may harm Doximity or users of the Services. Additionally, you agree not to: Re-use or re-publish any Content including, without limitation, User Content (defined below), without the express written permission of Doximity or such user, as applicable. Access, extract, copy, store, or distribute any part of the Services, including any Content or features of the Service, for any commercial purposes, without the express written permission of Doximity. Use the Services to develop, test, or enhance a competing product or service, or otherwise exploit the Services in a manner that could reasonably be construed as competitive with Doximity. Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to or interfere with the Services, any Doximity computer system, software or network, including through reverse engineering, decompiling, deriving source code or uploading malicious code or code snippets. ”
