THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS SET FORTH HEREIN ARE ESSENTIAL TO THESE TERMS, AND WE WOULD NOT OFFER THE SERVICES TO YOU UNDER THESE TERMS WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS.
