Domo AI policy finding
“4.10 Saved Payment Methods for One-Time Purchases If you have previously provided and saved a payment method with Stripe or another supported payment processor, DomoAI may allow you to complete certain one-time purchases within the Service without being redirected to re-enter your payment details. In such cases, the checkout interface will indicate that your saved payment method will be charged upon confirmation. By clicking "Continue," "Purchase," or any similar confirmation button for such one-time purchases, you authorize DomoAI and its payment processors to charge your saved payment method for the amount displayed, together with any applicable taxes and fees. If no eligible saved payment method is available, you may be redirected to the relevant payment processor to provide or select a payment method before your purchase can be completed. You are responsible for ensuring that your saved payment method remains valid, authorized for use, and up to date. DomoAI is not responsible for a payment failure caused by an expired card, insufficient funds, or restrictions imposed by your bank or payment provider. Your authorization applies to each purchase you separately confirm through the Service and does not by itself create a recurring subscription unless expressly stated at checkout.”
