However, in certain circumstances, as described below or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, we disclose personal information as follows: We disclose personal information to vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf, including, but not limited to, third-party payment processors, advertising partners, and vendors who assist us in providing, developing, testing and improving the Descript Service and our technology; We may disclose personal information to legal authorities and others if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation or legal process, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation or if we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, if we believe that you have violated the law, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of us or others; We disclose personal information to third parties who assist us with marketing; We may disclose personal information to our lawyers and other professional advisors where necessary to obtain advice or otherwise protect and manage our business interests; We may disclose personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company; We may disclose personal information between and among us and our current and future parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries and other companies under common control and”
