Descript policy finding

“(a) We may use your Project and your other User Content for the purpose of providing the Descript Service. We automatically process your Projects, but that does not involve human access to your Projects unless: (i) you ask or otherwise give permission for us to do so (e.g., for the purpose of providing customer support or if you allow us to use your data to help improve the Descript Service); (ii) you request our White Glove Service – which uses humans (who are subject to confidentiality obligations) to create the transcriptions; (iii) we or third parties are otherwise authorized to access the Projects under these Terms (including as provided in Section 8.4); or (iv) we are required to do so by law.”
