“ Deep Dream Generator reserves the right to prescreen, monitor, review, refuse, block, or remove Content on or through the Service, including through automated content filters, model-level safety systems, and human review. With respect to Prohibited Sexual Content and other content prohibited by these Terms, Deep Dream Generator is responsible for implementing and enforcing safeguards designed to prevent such Content, as described in the Platform Responsibility for Prohibited Content section above. Deep Dream Generator's exercise (or non-exercise) of this right with respect to any particular item of Content does not constitute an endorsement of that Content or a waiver of any other right under these Terms. You remain responsible for the Content you submit and for ensuring that it complies with these Terms; if your Content violates these Terms, you may bear legal responsibility for that Content in addition to any enforcement action Deep Dream Generator takes.”
