“ "User Content" means content you submit to the Services (including prompts, code, data, files, and configurations). "Output" means results generated by the Services from your use of User Content. As between you and us, you retain ownership of your User Content and, subject to third-party rights, you own Output. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, analyze, and create derivative works from User Content and Output for our business purposes, including: (1) operating, maintaining, and improving the Services; (2) developing, training, evaluating, and improving machine learning and artificial intelligence models where permitted by your privacy settings and applicable law; (3) generating aggregated analytics, benchmarks, and insights; (4) preventing fraud, abuse, and security issues; and (5) complying with applicable law. We do not use personal information where prohibited by law. You may opt out of using your data to improve Coda for everyone in Account settings (or by contacting us). Opt-outs apply prospectively and may be subject to reasonable technical limitations. You represent and warrant that: (1) you have and will maintain all rights necessary to grant the above license; (2) your User Content will not violate law, infringe third-party rights, or contain malicious code; and (3) your use of the Services will comply with these Legal Terms and applicable law.”
