You hereby grant, and represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, Superhuman and End Users a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your Published Source Code in whole or in part, under the terms of the Apache 2.0 open source license ⁠ . You are solely responsible for any claims arising from your Published Source Code. If you do not have the right to grant the foregoing license, you may be subject to liability. ”
