Use the Services to collect, harvest, or store personal information about others without their consent or in violation of applicable privacy laws. Use the Services to transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code. Use the Services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. Use the Services to discriminate against any person based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Use the Services in any manner that violates applicable export control laws, sanctions, or trade regulations. Use the Services to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features or access controls. Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems or infrastructure. Use the Services in any manner that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, third parties, or the Company. ”
