Third-Party Platforms may take corrective action against your account, including but not limited to warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans, based on your activities. We are not liable for any corrective action, penalties, account restrictions, suspensions, bans, or other consequences imposed by any Third-Party Platform arising from or related to your use of our Services. You release and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from actions taken by Third-Party Platforms against you or your accounts.”
