“ This Subscription Benefits Schedule (this “Schedule A”) is incorporated into and forms part of the Agreement pursuant to Section 6.4(c). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Schedule A have the meanings given in the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Schedule A and the body of the Agreement regarding the clinical benefits included with a Subscription, this Schedule A controls.”
