“ We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention schedule. For customer conversation data processed on behalf of a customer, retention is governed by the customer's own retention settings and the contract between us, including any data processing addendum.”
