“ 7.3 As between the parties, Customer owns and retains all right, title and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in and to any Customer Content that originates, resides on, is otherwise processed through or derived from Customer and processed by Innabox on behalf of Customer in the provision of the Services. Customer shall be solely responsible for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy, and quality of all Customer Content. Customer hereby grants to Innabox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free right and license to use Customer Content solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement.”
