Documents: loss runs, claims reports, financial statements, tax documents, contracts, leases, photos, inspection reports, and other materials relevant to your insurance needs. Communications: content from emails, text messages, phone calls (which may be recorded as described in Section 7), and other interactions. We collect Sensitive Personal Information (such as Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, and financial account information) only when necessary to deliver insurance Services you have requested. If you provide information about third parties (such as employees, drivers, or dependents), you represent that you have the authority and any necessary consents to do so.”
