“All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, accrued payment obligations, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. For clarity, any services provided by Capitol to Customer, including any assistance in exporting the Customer Data, shall be billable at Capitol’s standard rates then in effect.”
