“ To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall PlayVision, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall not be liable for any financial losses, betting losses, or gambling losses arising from decisions made based on Content from the Service. Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) fifty dollars ($50).”
