Braze policy finding

“ Affiliate ” shall mean, with respect to a party, any entity, whether incorporated or not, that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with such party or its corporate parent, where “control” (or variants of it) shall mean the direct or indirect ownership or control of more than 50% of the voting interests of the subject entity. “ Customer Application ” shall mean Customer’s mobile applications or websites, as made available to its End Users. “ Customer Data ” shall mean data in the Services that has been submitted or collected by or on behalf of Customer, including Personal Data as defined in the DPA. “ Documentation ” shall mean the online documentation for the Services, accessible via http://www.braze.com/docs , including the Braze Innovation Statement, as updated from time to time. “ End User ” shall mean any individual whose data is maintained within the Services by Customer for customer engagement purposes. “ Malicious Code ” shall mean viruses, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses and other harmful or malicious code, files, scripts, agents or programs. “ Message ” shall mean any communication with End Users made by or on behalf of Customer directly or indirectly through the Services. “ Order Form ” shall mean the ordering document for Customer’s purchases of services from Braze or its Affiliate that are executed hereunder from time to time, including any schedules or addenda thereto.
