Braze policy finding

“If Customer terminates this Agreement for cause as described herein, Braze shall refund Customer any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the Subscription Term after the date of termination, net of any amounts still owed to Braze. In any event, Customer shall not be relieved of its obligation to pay any fees accrued or payable to Braze prior to the effective date of termination. If Braze terminates this Agreement for cause as described herein, Customer shall remain obligated to pay all fees owed for the remainder of the Subscription Term. 9.5 Surviving Provisions . Section 1 and Sections 3 through 10 shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.”
