“ We retain your personal data and uploaded documents for as long as your account is active, or as required by applicable law. When you cancel your subscription, document context is retained for 90 days to facilitate reactivation. After this period, and subject to our legal obligations, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal data on request. Retention and deletion of content you upload to the platform are also governed by our Data Processing Addendum .”
