Bloomy policy finding
“ You agree not to, and not to permit any child using your account to: Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. Attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or features you are not authorized to access. Interfere with, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service. Transmit harmful, abusive, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content. Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or credential sharing to access the Service, except where expressly authorized by Bloomy. Resell, sublicense, commercially exploit, copy, or redistribute Bloomy content or software. Use Bloomy content, data, outputs, system behavior, or access to the Service to train, fine-tune, benchmark, evaluate, or develop external artificial intelligence or machine learning models, datasets, or competing services without Bloomy’s written permission. Attempt to manipulate, bypass, or falsify diagnostic, mastery, progress, or assessment results. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if use of the Service creates risk for other users or Bloomy, or if we are required to do so by law.”
