“ As used herein, “ Connected Account ” means any third party platform connected to, or integrated with, the Service by you or on your behalf, which may include but not be limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (in each case, including associated features and functionality); and “ Connected Account Data ” means any Content collected from, or provided by, any Connected Account. 3.2 Third Party Technology. You acknowledge and agree that the Service uses, integrates, or is hosted on certain technology that is provided or made available by third parties (“ Third Party Technology ”), including large language model artificial intelligence algorithms (each an “ LLM ”), and that Your Content will be shared with such third parties in order to provide the Service and the features and functionality thereof. Almanac selects third party LLMs used in the provision of the Service that are provided pursuant to policies: (a) protecting Your Content in a manner substantially consistent with the terms of this Agreement; (b) that the provider will not use Your Content to train the LLM; and (c) that acknowledge the user’s ownership of outputs from the LLM’s processing of prompts. 3.3 Necessary Equipment and Software. You must provide all Devices and other equipment or software necessary to access or use the Service. You are solely responsible for any fees, including internet connection or mobile fees, that you incur when accessing the Service.”
