Blackbox AI Technologies will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For any transfer of Personal Data to a jurisdiction that is not automatically considered adequate, all steps necessary to satisfy those requirements are taken, such as using Model Contractual Clauses for the European Union.”
