BentoLabs AI policy finding

“ Customer may elect to enable features of the Services that use artificial intelligence models or other similar technologies (“AI Tools”) to generate results or other content (“Output”) based on Customer-provided prompts or data (“Input”). Input constitutes Customer Data. As between the parties, Customer owns all right, title, and interest in and to Input and Output. Bento Labs will process Input and Output solely to provide the Services and solely through AI Tools that Customer selects or enables. To the extent Customer elects to use AI Tools provided by third parties, Customer authorizes Bento Labs to transmit Input and receive Output from such third parties solely for the purpose of providing the Services. Bento Labs will not use Input or Output to train or improve Bento Labs's or any third party's models, except as required to provide the Services. Use of third-party AI Tools is subject to Customer's agreement with the applicable third-party provider, and Bento Labs is not responsible for such third-party tools.”
