Baseten policy finding

“ Sub-Processors:  When Baseten engages a Sub-Processor under these Clauses, Baseten shall enter into a binding contractual arrangement with such Sub-Processor that imposes upon them data protection obligations which, in substance, meet or exceed the relevant standards required under these Clauses and the DPA – including in respect of: applicable information security measures;”
