“Sections 1 (Definitions), 3.2 (Restrictions), 3.3 (Ownership), 3.4 (Open Source Software), 3.5 (Feedback), 4 (Fees and Expenses; Payments), 5.2 (Customer Warranty), 7.2 (Disclaimer), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Confidentiality), 10 (Indemnification), 11.3 (Effect of Termination), and 12 (Miscellaneous) will survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. 11.4 Data Extraction.  For twenty (20) days after the end of the Term, as applicable, Baseten will make Customer Content available to Customer through the Baseten Products & Services on a limited basis solely for purposes of Customer retrieving Customer Content, unless Baseten is instructed by Customer to delete such data before that period expires. After such period, Baseten will discontinue all use of Customer Content and destroy all copies of Customer Content in its possession.”
