Baseten policy finding

“ To the extent that any Processing of Customer Personal Data under this DPA involves an EU Restricted Transfer from Customer to Baseten, the Parties shall comply with their respective obligations set out in the SCCs, which are hereby deemed to be: populated in accordance with Part 1 of Attachment 1 to Annex 2 (European Annex); and ‍entered into by the Parties and incorporated by reference into this DPA.”
