Baseten policy finding

“ Baseten shall not Process Customer Personal Data other than on Customer’s instructions or as required by applicable laws. Customer instructs Baseten to Process Customer Personal Data as necessary to provide the Services to Customer under and in accordance with the Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the details of Baseten’s Processing of Customer Personal Data (including the respective roles of the Parties relating to such Processing) are as described in Annex 1 (Data Processing Details) to the DPA.”
