“ ‍ We may suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Services, including suspending access to or terminating your account, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. You may cancel your account at any time via the functionality of the Services. Upon any termination, discontinuation or cancellation of the Services or your account, the following Sections will survive: 6(a), 6(b), 6(c) (only for payments due and owing to Bardeen prior to the termination), 7(b), 7(c), 7(e), 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16.”
