You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Company’s voice and calling features complies with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“ TCPA ”), applicable state telemarketing and mini-TCPA statutes, and federal and state recording and wiretapping laws. ”
