Customer is responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords or codes that provide access to the Solution as the Confidential Information of Company, and the Parties hereby acknowledge and agree that the Solution and underlying technology, the Usage Data and the Documentation are the Confidential Information of Company notwithstanding any failure to designate such materials as "Confidential."”
