AssemblyAI policy finding

If this Agreement is terminated by AssemblyAI in accordance with Section 8.3 or by Customer in accordance with Section 8.4, Customer will pay any unpaid Fees covering the remainder of the term of the applicable Order Form(s), including any unpaid remainder of the Spend Commitment. In no event will termination relieve Customer of its obligation to pay any Fees payable to AssemblyAI for the period prior to the effective date of termination. ‍ ‍ 8.6<span class="indent"></span><u>Survival</u>. Upon any expiration or termination of any Order Form or this Agreement, all corresponding rights, obligations and licenses of the Parties shall cease, except that (a) all obligations that accrued prior to the effective date of termination (including without limitation, all payment obligations) shall survive; (b) Customer shall cease using, destroy and remove from all computers, hard drivers, networks and other storage media all copies of the Services (if Customer continues to use the Services, then AssemblyAI reserves the right to continue to charge Customer); and (c) the provisions of Sections 1 (Definitions), 2.4 (Use Restrictions), 2.5 (Third Party Integrations), 3 (Fees), 4 (Proprietary Rights and Licenses), 5.4 (Disclaimers), 5.6 (Limitation of Liability), 6 (Indemnification), 7 (Confidentiality), 8.6 (Survival), and 9 (General Provisions) shall survive any such expiration or termination. ‍
