“ 1.6<span class="indent"></span> “<u>Confidential Information</u>” is any information disclosed by a Party (“<u>Disclose</u>r”) to the other Party (“<u>Recipient</u>”) that is identified as confidential at the time of disclosure or that a reasonable person would consider, from the nature of the information and the circumstances of the disclosure, to be confidential. Confidential Information does not include information that (a) at the time of disclosure or thereafter becomes generally known to the public through no fault of the Recipient; (b) was already rightfully known by the Recipient prior to disclosure by the Discloser, as shown by the Recipient’s business records; (c) is at any time independently developed by the Recipient without use of, reference to, or reliance upon the Discloser’s Confidential Information, as shown by the Recipient’s business records; or (iv) is rightfully disclosed to the Recipient by a third party which did not directly or indirectly obtain such data or information subject to any confidentiality obligation. 1.7<span class="indent"></span> “<u>Customer Data</u>” means any information, data, and other content, in any form or medium, that is submitted, posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available by or on behalf of Customer through the Services, including all Inputs; provided that, for the purposes of clarity, Customer Data as defined herein includes Authorization Credentials but does not include Usage Data. ”
