“**Pricing.** Certain aspects of the Platform may be provided for a fee, or other charge. One-time purchases will be charged at the time of the transaction. If you purchase a subscription from Asendia, this subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, at which point you will automatically be charged on your anniversary date for the next billing cycle. If you upgrade your subscription you will be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle and you will be billed the full price of the upgraded subscription the following billing period. Asendia AI may add new services for additional fees and charges, and add or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion. Any change to our pricing or payment terms shall become effective following notice of such change to you as provided in these Terms.”
