Arden policy finding
“ Your personal data is stored by Arden on its servers and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services Arden engages, located in the United States. Arden retains service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with Arden and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for Arden’s own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with Arden’s services. Customer audit data (HR records, access logs, and other evidence uploaded for compliance testing) is retained only for the duration necessary to provide the requested services and is deleted upon contract termination or customer request, unless a longer retention period is required by law. All personal data that Arden controls may be deleted upon verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized agents.
