You expressly agree that this extends to any Inputs you upload to the platform, and that you have the rights to utilize these Inputs with the Services we provide. The Company reserves the right to exercise sole control over the defense, at your expense, of any claim subject to indemnification. This indemnity is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other indemnities set forth in a written agreement between you and the Company. ”
