Anara policy finding

“ If any amounts owed by you for the Services are more than thirty (30) days overdue, Anara may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, and without limiting our other rights and remedies, suspend your and your Authorized Users' access to the Platform until such amounts are paid in full; provided that Anara agrees that it will not exercise its rights under this Section if the applicable charges are under reasonable and good-faith dispute and you are cooperating diligently to resolve the dispute.”
