“ You agree to pay all fees applicable to your and your Authorized Users' use of the Services using one of the payment methods Anara supports. Except as otherwise specified in these Terms, (a) fees are based on Services purchased, regardless of actual usage, and (b) payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable. Subscription fees are based on recurring subscription periods that begin on the subscription start date and each monthly, yearly, quarterly, etc. anniversary thereof; therefore, fees for subscriptions added in the middle of a subscription period will be charged for that full month, year, quarter period (as applicable) and the periods remaining in the subscription term. All amounts payable under these Terms will be made without setoff or counterclaim, and without any deduction or withholding.”
